JPMorganChase: "Make Your Best Life Happen" Exhibit

To help employees feel JPMorganChase’s appreciation every day, our team reimagined the firm’s internal employee experience as a global, human-centered brand activation built around the platform “Make Your Best Life Happen.” We translated this promise into an immersive, traveling exhibition that brings career support, wellness programs, modern productivity tools, and community initiatives into one connected, emotionally resonant experience.

This global exhibition ensures every activation is empathetic, authentic, and built around real employee needs. “Make Your Best Life Happen” makes the global promise feel personal and lived-in for 320,000 employees across the U.S., U.K., India, and Manila. From ideation to execution, the project includes experiential installations, physical and digital assets, localized customization, employee storytelling, and a clear path to engagement through apps, mentoring programs, wellness tools, and perks.

From the first touchpoint to ongoing engagement, the campaign delivers a holistic employee experience including: large-scale exhibition design, location-specific activations, digital tool showcases, employee testimonials and wellness stories, explainer materials, taglines and hashtags, and accessible, WCAG-compliant experiences.

The result is a global brand experience that shows humanity and excellence at scale, strengthens inclusion and well-being, and makes work and life simpler, more connected, and more fulfilling for every employee.
